Frequently Asked Questions
Can the CVL-BL-C4 be keyed alike to my C4 front door lock?
Yes. Its C4 wafer barrel works with standard 5-pin and 6-pin C4 house keys.
How does it allow locked window ventilation?
By fitting a second strike ferrule at a 100mm opening along the sliding rail, you can deadlock the sash in both the closed and ventilating positions.
What if my window stile is too narrow for the CVL?
Choose the compact Carbine Mini Ventlock (SKU CMVL-BL-C4) for extra-narrow window stiles.
