The Carbine CMB cable anchor black (SKU: CMB-CA-BL) is a genuine steel window restrictor cable attachment engineered to pair with the Carbine CMB Multi Bolt lock body. Manufactured by Carbine, this window restrictor cable black converts a standard CMB Multi Bolt into a flexible child-safety cable lock for awning, casement, and hopper windows.
Carbine CMB Cable Anchor Black Child-Safety Restriction and Fitment
Outward-opening awning and casement windows with winders often cannot accept a rigid steel bolt. Fitting the cmb-ca-bl cable anchor onto the window sash allows the window to open up to a safe 100mm ventilation gap while remaining locked into the CMB Multi Bolt body on the frame.
- BCA Child-Safety Ready: Limits window opening to 100mm when installed per BCA Falling from Windows guidelines.
- Genuine Carbine Spare Part: Suits all Carbine CMB and CMBCA Multi Bolt lock bodies.
- Black Protective Sheath: High-tensile braided steel cable in a black sheath with matching black anchor cover plate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the CMB-CA-BL include the keyed lock body?
No. SKU CMB-CA-BL ($7.25 AUD) is the cable anchor attachment only. If you need both the C4 lock body and cable kit, choose SKU CMBCA-BL-C4.
Will this cable fit my existing Carbine CMB Multi Bolt?
Yes. The locking pin on the end of the cable slots straight into any standard Carbine CMB Multi Bolt body in place of the rigid bolt.
Which windows suit a cable anchor best?
It is ideal for chain-winder awning and casement windows where the sash swings outward away from the frame.
