Carbine 40mm Extended Lip T Striker Plate Stainless Steel (SPISS-EL40)
$15.90 Inc. GST
The Carbine 40mm extended T striker plate (SPISS-EL40) is a stainless steel T-strike with a 40mm extended lip to protect timber jambs and architraves from latch strike damage.
- 40mm Extended Lip: Bridges wider door jamb reveals and thick acoustic weatherstripping cleanly.
- Stops Architrave Chipping: Smooth stainless steel ramp guides the latch bolt into the frame pocket.
- Standard T-Strike Footprint: Fits standard Australian residential and commercial T-strike jamb cutouts.
- Stocked Victorian Warehouse Dispatch: In stock in Victoria for 24-48hr dispatch with free Australia-wide shipping over $149.95 AUD.
The Carbine 40mm extended T striker plate (SKU: SPISS-EL40) is a heavy-duty brushed stainless steel T-strike engineered with a 40mm extended lip projection. Manufactured by Carbine, this spiss-el40 40mm extended strike plate prevents tubular latch bolts from gouging painted timber architraves on thicker doors or set-back frames.
Carbine 40mm Extended T Striker Plate Jamb Protection and Fitment
When a standard 25mm or 30mm strike lip is too short to reach past the edge of the door jamb, the latch bolt strikes the timber face first. Installing this 40mm extended lip strike plate provides a continuous stainless lead-in ramp.
- 40mm Lip Projection: Ideal mid-size extension for 40mm to 50mm thick doors and rebated architraves.
- 304 Satin Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction with pre-countersunk screw holes.
